I hired them to remodel two outdated bathrooms in my home. For the master, I had them demo the whole thing and replace the old tub with a solid surface shower and walls (marble look) and an awesome glass sliding door. They installed a new toilet and vanity as well and even fixed the old worn-out water valves. They demoed the entire bath and were super clean about it. For the second bath, I had them demo the old tub and install a new solid surface tub and shower walls (sandstone look) with new textures, a toilet, and a vanity. (The only thing I didn’t purchase from American Bath was the vanities-got those at Lowes) Overall, both baths were done quickly, the workers showed up on time, they worked cleanly, and delivered a great product. I would definitely hire them again.

I saw them at a home and designer show and decided to go with this product instead of tile or marble because I’m tired of the upkeep of grout, mold build up, etc. They offered a lifetime warranty which is really important to me because it shows they stand behind their products and they wouldn’t offer that if it wasn’t quality. I got other quotes and they weren’t the cheapest not most expensive although no one else had solid surface. It took about a month from quote to completion and I went with the black marble look. They also have all of the expensive hardware like American Standard etc at a better price and they install it as well as the glass. So I didn’t have to get a flooring quote, glass quote, vanity quote, tiling, plumbing quote, etc. They did it from start to finish. I highly recommend them!!

From the initial consultation to the final product, they were perfect. Our bathroom consultant, Patrick Drake, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was available by phone throughout the entire process. On the day of installation, our installer arrived on time and worked very diligently. He completed our tub-to-shower conversion in three days. I was so pleased with his work that I booked him to come back and install our toilet and vanity. I spoke with many other companies and their price and quality were the best. I recommend them highly and I am VERY picky!

I am very happy with my new bathroom. I had everything replaced by AMERICAN BATH shower. Shower stall, vanity, toilet, medicine, cabinet, flooring, and walls. Andy and Daniel my installers and Workmen did an excellent job. They answered all my questions and handled all my concerns. I am extremely pleased with the final result. In 1985, Back to the Future wowed audiences with its inaugural entry, New Coke hit the market as a doomed attempt to tantalize taste buds, and our sibling bathrooms met their first owner—frozen in time for decades. As their new latrine-parents, we eventually decided with dread in our hearts to start a thaw concerning our guest bath. While many failed to even respond, American Bath and Shower (AB&S) was punctual, professional, and informative.

We were immediately impressed with Patrick, who was a delight, made us comfortable, and guided us to gorgeous styles and colors. AB&S clearly takes pride in focusing on the fundamentals and, while limiting some options, swiftly dispatched any decisional paralysis by narrowing your options to quality, beauty, and functionality.
Be prepared though, custom parts and quality control takes time. From our first meeting and confirmation, just over 6 weeks went by (could be as long as 10) until we got the call to schedule the install. Quality is worth the wait.

Though, don’t get the wrong idea, once AB&S began work there were highs and lows. But, we’re ridding the old and bringing in the new. Trusting in the process, it shockingly only went one day beyond the estimated time to finish (3 days) for initial installation.
None of this is to hide that errors were made. A toilet tank was damaged on delivery and its leak not revealed until AFTER we made final approval and payment. Likewise, there were some flooring concerns and issues that we pointed out both before and after final approval and payment.

To err is human. We did not, nor should you, expect a flawless installation. What you should expect is the commitment that any error is rectified. AB&S delivered on that commitment. Our toilet tank was promptly replaced and the floors both fixed and further explained concerns to our acceptance and understanding.
We’re very happy and enjoying our new bathroom and happy to know AB&S has our backs. With that, to our master bath,…your days are numbered.

I found this company at a home show. I was blown away compared to the other companies out there like WestShore homes or that other franchise. I have to say… I honestly cannot believe someone would complain about an employee not speaking English, (in Miami!?) especially when “production” aka the manager is there to assist. I too struggle with Spanish and they tried really hard to communicate with me however I had no problems getting ahold of the English speaking manager every time I needed to communicate so I have 0 complaints. It wasn’t “cheap” however I can’t imagine how much this would’ve cost had I hired someone to do tile. I no longer have to worry about grout lines, this is so easy to clean. They even moved a toilet for me, did so much rip out and took it all to the dumb. They worked tirelessly and my bathroom looks amazing. There is no other product like this on the market. Everyone can’t believe that it’s not tile. Solid surface is the future! Oh and the barn door is so beautiful!!! One person did ALL of this. So it took 3 days but so much better than dealing with plumber, tile, drywall, etc. Last time I remodeled a bathroom it took 6 weeks!!! I’ll take 3 days for even better results!! We bought a condo, moved to Florida from Massachusetts and hated the master bathroom tub shower combination that it had. We went to the South Florida home show and came across American Bath and Shower. We had looked at other companies that do similar transformations but we felt the quality of American Bath and Shower was far superior. Daniel, the representative that came to our home was professional and showed us all combinations and samples of the materials. He stated that they would start in a couple of weeks and will be done in two days. The gentleman that came to do the transformation was so on time, very professional nice and very conscious of what he was doing. Good to their word the installation was completed in two days. I can not tell you how happy we are with our new walk in shower. Beautiful job and will never stop talking about this company to our friends. In fact a good friend of ours also is having his re done.

I am so happy to have went with American Bath and Shower for my bathroom remodeling. Marci my design consultant was wonderful. She’s very passionate about her job. She went into great detail about their products and showcased how all of them will function. The walk-in bathtub, high rise toilet, and clear shower doors are beautiful.
The installers were very sweet and professional. They did a great job installing and kept my place as clean as possible while doing the job. The project went by smoothly. Everyone was very accommodating and compassionate. I wanted this project done to help my grandmother who had a stroke and make our lives easier and safer.
In regards for pricing, we got a good deal on all of these products. Would definitely use this company again for any future bathroom projects!
